What this website collects

This website has no accounts, no forms and no cookies. Nothing is collected from you. There are no ad trackers and no third-party fonts.

Counting visits

Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and collects no personal data. It reports page counts, not identities.

Cloudflare, the host, processes the technical data a web server needs to deliver and protect the site, such as IP addresses, under Cloudflare's privacy policy.

If you email us

If you write to us, your address and message are used only to reply and to keep ordinary business records. We never sell them and never share them for marketing.

Divisions

Divisions of the company that sell products publish their own privacy notices, and purchases take place there. Bit Players Media LLC is the seller of record.

Google data and internal tools

Bit Players Media runs an internal tool, registered with Google as Archimedes Gmail MCP. Only company staff use it.

It accesses only the company's own Google accounts, and only these services: Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar and Analytics.

Staff use it, sometimes with an AI assistant working for them, to read and organize company email, files, documents, spreadsheets, calendars and site analytics. Google data is used only to do the task a staff member asked for, at that time.

Access tokens are stored only on company machines. They are never placed on this website or shared with anyone else.

We never collect Google data from visitors or third parties. This website has no Sign in with Google and never asks for access to your Google account.

We never sell Google data, never use it for advertising, and never use it to train AI models.

Archimedes Gmail MCP's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Company account holders can revoke the tool's access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Children

This site is not aimed at children under 13. It collects nothing from visitors; if a child writes to us, we reply and keep nothing more.

Your choices
